Some of my Photography
July 31st 2008 02:09
I love taking pictures. I haven't had a lot of opportunity lately, but I hope to get out there sometime soon and start snapping away. No matter where I go or what I do, I always think, "Oh my! That would make a great picture!" It's just a hobby for me. Nothing too serious. I don't have any fancy equipment. Just my eyeballs and my Kodak. Here is some of my handiwork.
Well, there you have it. Maybe I'll make another post someday with more. I hope you enjoyed them. Peace.
This was taken in a graveyard. I thought it was beautiful..I have a fascination not with death, but with burial sites. I find it very serene.
This picture was taken when the river near my home flooded. The water covered the bridge, and is about 20 paces from my front door!
This seal at the Memphis zoo was completely fascinated with the child in the photo. He followed him everywhere. It was amazing to watch.
Well, there you have it. Maybe I'll make another post someday with more. I hope you enjoyed them. Peace.

I think you have a great eye for pictures. Number one really is brilliant but they're all great.

Hey Cib,
Yeah, I was so focused on taking that picture, and I wanted to viewer to be able to see the perspective on how close I was, so I stuck my hand out...the thing actually started opening its mouth shortly after the pic was snapped. Not my brightest moment
Thank you for the compliment, Johnny. I am fascinated by sunset, and all of the beautiful colors. I have a million more!

The thing with the kid and the seal was so neat to watch. I mean, that seal was totally enchanted with the kid, and couldn't stop following him around. Really cool.
